2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of 1/26/09.

3. HERE'S HOW TO VOTE: Beginning 12 p.m. (noon) ET on 1/26/09 through 12 p.m. (noon) ET on 3/9/09, visit www.Petside.com/BouncePets to see photos of pets up for adoption and a brief history of each animal. Visitors to the site will be asked to look at pet photos and histories and vote for the most lovable pet based on the following criteria: quirkiness, cuteness and cuddliness. The shelter whose pet receives the highest number of votes will receive $2,500 toward vaccines for shelter animals. Limit one vote per IP address per day; if more than one vote per IP address per day is received, only the first vote received will be counted. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.

4. AWARD: The ASPCA will award the shelter whose pet was voted the most lovable a $2,500 check to be used towards vaccines, as provided by Bounce. In the event of a tie, the award will be split evenly among tied shelters.
