Video: Leash Training

Does your dog pull when he walks on a leash? Dogs pull because it works; they pull and we follow, but that’s not how it should be!

Leash training can eliminate the push-pull relationship that dog walking morphs into if the habit isn't corrected. Train your dog not to pull by using a clicker when you go out on your walks. A clicker lets your dog know exactly when he’s done the action that will pay off with a treat. Watch the video for tips on how to get your dog to walk on a leash properly!
