Puppies Behind Bars: Meet Lulu

It takes a certain kind of dog to make it into a program like Puppies Behind Bars. Meet Lulu. Lulu is a 4-month-old, female, yellow Labrador Retriever. She is part of "The Puppy Project", along with America and Dale, and was bred by Puppies Behind Bars. Lulu lives with Franklin, her inmate puppy raiser, and is in the process of learning almost 80 different commands so she can move on to live in a home as a service dog.
