Puppies Behind Bars: Meet Annabel

It takes a certain kind of dog to make it into a program like Puppies Behind Bars. Meet Annabel. Annabel is a 6-month-old, female, black Labrador Retriever. Annabel is from East Coast Assistance Dogs. She lives with Sergio, her inmate puppy raiser, and is in the process of learning almost 80 different commands so that she can move on to live in a home as a service dog.
