Our 10 month old Chorkie, 9.1 lbs. started vomiting last Sunday am. I took him to the vet that afternoon. He seemed better but Monday he was very lethargic and would not eat, vomiting had ceased. Took him to hospital that night, they kept him and gave him fluids. Tuesday they got him to eat but when he came home he vomited it all. He had a small bm Mon. night and there was a piece of string in it. Xrays neg. blood-showed slightly elevated pancreas. Spent the day at vet Wed for observation. Will not eat. Vets office force fed him a small amt. He has not had a bowel movement but he hasnt eaten. He has drunk a little water. He is on two meds but I am worried about the constipation. Vet said to force feed and call tomorrow. Any suggestions?
