Fall is the perfect time to enjoy the outdoors with your pooch. And to help you choose the perfect locale for socializing and play, Petside presents its list of the Top 10 Dog Parks in the U.S.

To determine the ranking Petside looked at the size of the dog park, amenities and activities offered, hours of operation and the cost of entry (if any). The parks must be off-leash to make the cut.

The new dog park in Fernandina Beach, Florida, is wonderful. It has large and small dog areas with swimming pools in each. The large dog area has a beautiful bone shaped pool, and the little dog area has a lovely rock pond with a waterfall. There are benches for owners, bags for clean-up, fresh water, and dog grooming areas. It is a great place and the proceeds help the local animal shelter.
