Dog Sport: Dock Diving Dogs jump from a take-off point into water. Jumps are measured by where the base of the tail lands. The dog to jump the furthest wins. Dock Diving was started in 2000.

Olympic Sport: Athletics - Long Jump Athletes sprint down a single track to a take-off point and jump as far as they can into a pit of sand. The athlete to jump the furthest wins. Track and Field has been an Olympic sport since 1896.
