Lulu is a 4 month old, female, Yellow Labrador Retriever. She is part of "The Puppy Project", along with America and Dale and was bred by Puppies Behind Bars. Lulu lives with Franklin, her inmate puppy raiser and is in the process of learning almost 80 different commands so she can be a successful service dog.
