These are the sweetest dogs ever. They are playful as well as great couch potatoes. I've been fortunate enough to own 3 of them and presently have 2. They are a bit slow to mature and remain "puppy" for quite a while. They also have a sense of humor and don't like being separated from their owners. I adore the breed and could never consider having anything other than a T.T. Though they weren't breed to guard, they are excellent guard dogs. No one comes near the house without them alerting us.

They are originally registered as Lhasa Terriers. Tibetan Terrier has a lot of talents including being a watchdog, agility and competitive obedience. -Instant Tax Solutions

Looks like our dog Murphy. They are the greatest dogs to own.

We have been fortunate to learn of these dogs 20 years ago and have had 4 of them. They are the sweet, gentle, and so loveable. I am a professional dog groomer and cut my dogs short and they like so cute, especially being able to see their beautiful eyes. I am surprised more people don't have them as pets or even know about them.

I have been a dog groomer for over 30 years, the Tibetan Terrier is a fairly new breed to our salon. Please give me some advice/pictures of a pet clip on a Tibetan Terrier and tips on "upkeep" thank you. Mary Weller, Pet Love Boutique
