Weddings can be a nightmare for cats who are frightened by crowds and unfamiliar surroundings (as most are). But at least they can participate in the proposal.
The bride, Jess, says, "Before we got engaged, I had let Colin know that he had to propose in a way that would 'impress me.' So, he came up with a cunning plan - he took this picture of our cat, Tesla, and then sent it off to Cute Overload, a blog I read every day. Some of our friends even saw it before me, but everyone kept quiet! It was awesome for him to propose in a way that was both spectacular and public, but still allowed us to have our own private moment too."
