Other dogs such as Wally, pictured here, rest and get a cool drink from their owners. Wally is Dan Lasko's Black Lab service dog provided by VetDogs. Dan, pictured in red, is a U.S. soldier who lost his leg during his honorable service in Afghanistan. This was the first Doggy Dash for Wally and Dan, who run three miles a day together.
