I have two sphynxes. Don't get too worried...they don't need as much special as the writer says. They have wonderful personalities and want to cuddle with you whenever you settle down.

This comment on the Sphynx has such negative conotone to it, they are actually some of the most gentle, loving cats out there. THey're engaged, very close to their owners and very vocal, fun to play with and very entertaining. Yes they do require maintenance, but it is not as bad as he puts it. A bath can take anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes...if that.
