I don't even need to look as I can tell just by what you wrote here, yep, a puppy mill of some sort. Why breed 4 types of dogs. A good brdeeer keeps to the same breed to be a good brdeeer and by that I mean they know all about that specific breed. You do not breed to breed, you breed to make a good name and a good line of breeds not several and several litters. You are right.
