Cute Pets Who Have Been Called "Ugly"

Recently, the lovely and talented Victoria Schade published an article about how her incredibly adorable, smushy-face Brusslels Griffon named Millie gets called ugly. 

"This must be an isolated incident," I thought to myself. Just to be sure, I asked our Facebook Fans if they have ever experienced this incredibly insensitive phenomenon. Turns out that Victoria is not alone. I found out that owners of Bulldogs, Cresties, Pugs, Pit Bulls, and even a Cockatiel, feel the same way about the phrase "Aww, it's such an ugly dog it's cute," that I feel when people call my Sheltie a "Little Lassie."
