The Anti-Cruelty Society's Busy Fingers sewing group makes toys, beds and bandannas for the cats and dogs housed at the shelter. Drawing on the animal shelter and sewing experience, a group or volunteers created Critter Project Inc., an independent, micro-nonprofit company.
