Start off with a beginner's ocdeienbe class. Most if not all of the people there will be just as beginner as you are. It's SO much fun, and if you practice, you'll love it. In beginner's they'll teach you things like heeling on a leash, coming when called, sit-stays and down-stays, along with other basic things. Just wear jeans and a t-shirt. Nothing fancy. Comfortable shoes, a good collar and leash on your dog and don't forget treats to reward good behaviour!I started at 16 with my dog. You don't have to be an adult to want to learn with your dog. Find a training school that offers sports other than ocdeienbe as well, so you can try different things. You'll have fun, trust me.References :
