We are totally in love with our Eskies! Agreed that they are very protective, and do not like strangers....but extremely lovable to the family! Our older boy is 17 years old and still chugging along....we rescued him when he was 6 months old. And, our little guy is almost 4 years old. I couldn't imagine ever having another breed. They are the best.

What is the life spam of a mini eskie?
i have a 8 year old american eskimo dog that have seizures twice monthly.are there any over the counter medicine he can take.
I have 2 mini eskies right now. my boy "Max" past away in Feb. from what we believe was a heart attack. My other boy "Bailey" went to live with my daughter and her family so I have my two girls Katy and Rylee! Hands down they are the sweetest, most cuddly, smartest, loving ..... well I have at least a million more things I could add but I'll leave it at my life just would have an incredibly gigantic hole without my babies. They are the BEST! Eskie's make the world go round!!!
My mother-in-law owns an American Eskimo that is now 8 years old. When she was first given to her my husband & I were in the same room and she had never met any of us but went right to my mother-in-law. It's like she knew that she was suppose to be her guardian! She got renamed to Baby and the only issue that my mother-in-law has with her is her high pitched bark other than that Baby is her Best Friend!
it's so cute :-)
