Another way to share the holidays is by including your beloved pet among the Christmas tree ornaments. Or, if you prefer, you can make your own photo ornament by buying a blank, square ornament and putting a different photo of your pet on each side. Having your pet’s photo ornament on the tree is a way to help feel like he or she is still part of the celebration, and while it may be bittersweet at times, you’ll begin looking forward to seeing the ornament each year as you prepare for the holidays.
