Toilet Training Cats - Beware!
Yes, you can train your cat to use the toilet.
Some cats love the idea and play in the water (ew!) and others need a bit of how-to instruction. If you want to do this right, check out the Cat Seat at http://www.catseat.com which offers an innovative product that trains cats to use the facilities.
