Adopt a Cat from Lebanon
I received a note earlier this month about nearly a dozen cats being rescued in Lebanon needing new homes. We certainly have a great number of needy cats and kittens in this country already looking for homes, but if you’re interested in one of these immigrants, these special kitties may be for you:

Mombey is one mischievous cat, he loves to play around and steal things from your hand, especially wet food.
Azure is a little shy at first, and seems to be hesitant around people, but when she opens up she’s a wonderful cat.

Star is fat, sweet and friendly, but can sit quietly and respect your privacy

Tabboush means “chubby” in Arabic, and he wants to plays the “boss” role with other cats. He is very sweet with people, one of the funniest cats and loves to be cuddled.

When we rescued him, Tumtum was diagnosed with diaphragmatic hernia probably from being hit by a car. His surgery was successful and he is as healthy as the other cats.

Some rough ordeal left Sweetie with no tail, but that didn't keep her from being sweet all the time.

Joan was found next to a garbage bin, crawling on the ground and he was partially paralyzed. But his will to recover was amazing and he now walks, runs and jumps like any other cat at the shelter.

Biscuit was found as a tiny kitten on the street and she likes to play the boss whenever she can. But all the other cats now know her game… they know she will never harm them.

Sparkle was abandoned and she likes to be caressed. She’s grateful for any affection.
