Charlie Arcella is the Site Leader for NBC’s Petside.com. He has over 6 years of experience in Digital Business Development, including stints at Lifetime Entertainment, iVillage.com and Disney Interactive Media Group. Throughout his career he has helped his companies build and maintain business relations with partners like P&G, Apple, and Google. Building an engaged audience and effective marketing strategies across all emerging platforms is his mission. He grew up with a Pointer/Dalmatian rescue dog and will one day own a Siberian Husky.

Wendy Toth is the Senior Editor, Lifestyle, for Digital Works @ NBCU. She is an avid animal lover, and lives with her two rescue cats Boris and Zoe in Brooklyn. She's contributed to a number of different publications, including NYTimes.com, iVillage.com, Weight Watchers, Parents and Newsday.

Ryan Karpusiewicz is the Editorial Assistant, Lifestyle, for Digital Works @ NBCU. He also is a pet lover, and is currently a pet brother to four cats and three dogs.
