A teen and her dog have died as the result of a horrific car crash in the Chicago area.
Fifteen-year-old Taylor Stinchcomb, of Gurnee, IL, was in an apparent state of distress after she overheard a conversation which elucidated that the family's Doberman, which had cancer, may have had to be euthanized. Unable to cope with the sad news, Stinchcomb allegedly took the Doberman and her family's minivan and drove off.
Another teen that has not been named was also involved in the accident, and is reported to have been driving the 2003 Dodge minivan when it rolled over and struck several trees and a utility pole. There has been no update on the unnamed girl's status so far.
Here at Petside, our hearts go out to the Stinchcomb family and the families of all parties involved in this horrific accident.

was the chick blonde?
Jon, you are an arrogant son of a bitch!
Seagal is an arrogant d-bag and always has been.
This was colossal bad judgment on the part of the girl. The dog was dying and she needed to cope with it by going to her parents, not running off.
In a world where people think it is ok to rip apart and slaughter 3000 babies a day since 1973 and call it a choice, pervert and defame God by making up demonic laws changing what is natural and normal, makes what is right seem wrong and vice versa, as predicted in the Bible, is anyone really shocked that some people would be callous toward an animal dying? Come on.
aww, thats so sad :(
What a tragedy but the fact that this girl died for a dog is ridiculous. It's a pet, not a member of your family.
This is why I recommend people to raise rabbits and chickens- the kinds you eat. It has taught my kids a valuable lesson. We take care of animals, and we love them, but meat doesn't grow on trees.
Animals have forever been our companions, but they're not worth a human life. For example we slaughter tons of animals for meat. You should love your pet, but their lives compared to a human life is nothing.
Let me illustrate my point. You come across a flooded river and only have enough time to save either your pet or a little girl, maybe like the one in the article. Who would you rescue?
Exactly.
Don't get me wrong, I still take care of my pets and take them to the vet and make sure they're in a comfortable position but at the end of the day, they sleep outside.
