See how regularly he goes to the btarhoom, and schedule a potty break, say, every two hours. Eventually, he will get it (dogs learn by routine.) Then, make the time go by longer and longer slowly, from 2 hours to 2 hours 15 min, to 2 1/2 hours, etc. Stretch it to 12 hours at a time. If after 12 weeks, he hasn't had an accident, he's OFFICIALLY housetrained! Give him disipline when he has an accident, give him praise when he goes outside.References : I read a book. I forgot the name, but I DISCLAIM my answer and give all credit to the BOOK!
