IAMS
Petside had a chance to catch up with Spike, the new spokesdog for IAMS Naturals!
Spike is the new "spokesdog" for Iams Naturals, the Iams pet food made with all natural ingredients designed to appeal to any pup's sensitive stomach. Petside had the opportunity to catch up with Spike's owner to commemorate his landing of "the Iams gig," and talked about Spike's favorite toys, food, watching TV, and everything in between.
What is Spike's favorite toy and treat?
Spike's definitely a sucker for those IAMS biscuits, so much so that they're on set at all of his gigs. He also likes to have tennis balls on set so he can catch a game of fetch in between takes.
Why is he named “Spike?” Where did his name come from?
First thing that comes to mind when you think of Spike is the cool guy and that's exactly what we thought of when we saw him. All in all, he's a cool pup to be around.
Does Spike compete in any dog shows?
Spike's more about the show biz side of things rather than showing himself off.
Does Spike watch TV? Does he recognize himself when he watches?
When Spike's not out an about, he definitely watches TV. One of his guilty pleasures though it seems is watching Scooby Doo.
When is Spike's birthday? Are there any celebrations planned for it?
Spike's birthday is in July. Maybe there'll be something big next year!
What is Spike's favorite game to play?
Spike loves a good game of fetch... nothing beats it. Well, besides maybe hide-and-seek with other dog friends!
Does Spike have a best friend (dog or human)?
Spike's best friend is Munch, the IAMS Bulldog, for sure.
Does Spike have any special talents?
Spike's a great actor. He's also good at finding adept hiding places for his bones, too.
If Spike could speak, what do you think he'd tell the pet feeding public?
Spike would probably talk about how much he enjoys the new Iams Naturals formulas. Spike has a sensitive stomach like a lot of pups out there, and these formulas have provided a solution to the problem at hand, being made with simple ingredients owners like myself can actually recognize.
