A prudent exercise routine can keep us fit and trim, and more importantly, in tip top health.
However, when we repeat the same old routine over and over, the goal of keeping in shape can just get boring. And while some of us have treadmills, bicycle and rowing machines, it is impossible to develop an interpersonal relationship with these mechanical devices.
As exercising becomes more of a chore, many of us often can become disenchanted with our personal commitment to work out and find a million excuses to avoid doing it.
I hate to see people revert to their couch potato status, and since I care so deeply, I felt compelled to do some research for a solution to this common set of circumstances.

He promises a meaningful relationship with exercise equipment by adhering to his simple ideas. Gone are the days where meaningless sit-ups and unfulfilling leg squats are central to the core of our daily exercise routine.
