I used to think that this was a good idea, however, on second consideration, it is not. Most of the people in jail have problems that go way back. These people have gangs in there. These people can't deal with other people very well and that includes animals. If you can't talk your way into a better situation how are you going to take care of something that can't talk at all. These people have violent tendencies. These people take their feelings out on any target that they can get away with. These "GUARDS" have been known to participate in instigating fights in jail and prison. It is well known that it takes a special kind of person to do that job. You have to have a tough skin. Sometimes, these people just turn as cold as the people on the inside. AND NOW YOU WANT TO PUT A SWEET SMALL ANIMAL - IN THE CAGE WITH BOTH OF THEM? NO-NO-NO-NO-NO !!!!
