Operation Cobra Concluded: People PETS We'll start this week's Digest off with a bit of good news coming out of the Bronx, New York. Recently, a poisonous Egyptian cobra that had been feared missing in the highly populated New York area was found in its rightful place in the Bronx Zoo. Thankfully, no one was hurt during the six days that this creature was missing. We here at Petside, however, were left wondering: how exactly does one go about losing a cobra containing venom that is deadly to humans? Hmm...we're not quite sure, but we're just hoping it doesn't happen again anytime soon! Want Food? Use Your Paws Politely: Gawker Over on Gawker, we discovered a video that was posted of an adorable cat politely using its paws to ask its owner for food. Impressed with how crazy smart we thought this cat was, we figured we'd share it with you guys! Check it out! Can your cat do that? Flugelhorn Feline: YouTube Didn't you know that cats can play instruments? Play him off, Flugelhorn Feline! Check it out! What Celebrity Does Your Dog Resemble?: Paw Nation In the spirit of our pets bearing uncanny resemblances to others, the folks over at Paw Nation posted a video in which they asked people on the streets what celebrity their dog most resembled. The video is pretty funny, and is definitely worth a look. Do you have a pet that resembles a celebrity? Feel free to leave a comment!
