Adoptable Pet of the Week: Paco
Paco is a super cute super dog in Philly. He was born with deformities in his back legs and hips that cause him to walk with just his two font legs and sometimes a wheelchair, which by the way, he LOVES. He's even almost housetrained! This guy can't be stopped.
