Merrick Pet Foods' Voluntary Recall: U.S. Food and Drug Administration The FDA announced a voluntary recall for pet food that may be contaminated with salmonella. The recall includes Merrick Pet Foods' 10 oz packages of Beef Filet Squares and Texas Hold'ems. Thankfully, there hasn't been any reports of illnesses yet.
