Justice for a Gunned Down Husky: Bear Bear, a beloved Siberian Husky, was fatally shot by an off-duty Department of Defense officer in a Maryland dog park this week. The unnamed officer said Bear Bear was playing too roughly with his leashed German Shepherd. Initially, authorities weren't going to file charges but with the help of the Humane Society, local police are investigating. We're so glad they came to their senses.
