A New Litter Box May Preserve Home Aesthetics
Published August 30, 2012When it comes to the art of spoiling kitties, it’s no secret that at the Singer household my husband Marty and I can always find an excuse to pamper our two Oriental Shorthair cats, Sir Hubble Pinkerton and Dr. Hush Puppy. Since these two felines own just about everything that a pampered pussycat could ever want, lately it seems that it has become nearly impossible to find a gift that is both extraordinary and essential to their needs.
The other day though, as if in answer to my prayers, a friend (and fellow feline pawrent) sent me a note containing information aimed at solving this predicament. In her e-mail was a suggestion to check out The Litter Fish created by iovo designs, a litter box created to enhance the home décor of kitty guardians while at the same time is a product essential to their needs.
Our two resident cats have three huge Clevercat Top Entry litter boxes they consider to be purrfect. But since the boxes appear rather utilitarian, they don’t blend in well into our home’s décor. With the Litter Fish, the issue of aesthetics in the home may be solved.
Unfortunately however, in this particular case, there’s a rather hefty financial sacrifice if one wants to attain the goal of having an attractive feline powder-room that is centrally located. Since the pre-release cost is $159 and the regular price will be $200, I’m afraid it’s just a tad too rich for my blood.
But in order to fill two needs with one deed, I am considering decorating one of the Clevercat Litter boxes with colorful fish decals. This should do the trick nicely, don’t you think? Share your opinion in a comment.
