Yet again, the late King of Pop's name has graced the headlines - but this time, Michael Jackson appeared as a sidekick to his pet chimp's name. Yesterday, the Daily Telegraph revealed that Michael Jackson had continually asked surgeons to implant vocal chords in his pet primate, Bubbles, for four years. But Jackson's grand plan never received its spotlight after surgeons agreed that the operation may kill Bubbles. The now 26-year-old chimp lives wordlessly, but happily. But if surgeons hadn't deemed the surgery as a risk to Bubbles, would all our pets - dogs, cats, guinea pigs, iguanas - all be chattering away? If your pet received the medical gift of speech, what do you think he/she would say?
