The AKC/Eukanuba National Championship, widely recognized as one of the most prestigious dog shows in the world, is set to air this Saturday, February 2nd on ABC.

On the heels of the National Dog Show, which is hosted in November and aired Thanksgiving weekend, comes the AKC/Eukanuba National Championship, the second of the three major dog shows held in the United States. Since 2001, the show has taken Orlando by storm, offering five days of some of the most competitive dog showing around. If you missed the show's live stream in December, the AKC/Eukanuba excitement can be relived again when it airs this Saturday, February 2, on ABC at 2 PM (check your local listings).

The AKC/Eukanuba National Championship, recognized as one of the most prestigious dog shows in the world, features a range of sporting events all held under one roof. More than just a dog show, the event is a celebration of dogs and what they represent as companions to humans. This year's event had over 15,500 combined entries.

As the second of the three major dog shows, the Eukanuba show serves as the lead-in to the Westminster Kennel Club Show, which features many of the same dogs that compete in the AKC/Eukanuba contest. With Westminster only two weeks away, watching this dog show can prove to be an excellent preview of what may transpire under the lights in Madison Square Garden.

Disappointed in show..Important details left out...to many ads... Feel that network would rather show "football" with their stupid talking, and talking and talking....SO I WILL and ten of my friend will not turn off TV ...what a waste of money and time on the advertizers part...PURE junk ABC TV. A station that never tells the whole story...LIKE 2016, your OBAMACARE's going to costs $20,000. re: IRS...you wont see that on GOVERNMENT TV.
