Booda Dome Keeps Litter in the Box

One of the many unattractive things about kitty litters is the stray pebbles that escape on the floor and get stuck to cats' paws.

The Booda Dome Clean Step is an igloo-shaped litter box that dramatically reduces the litter that often gets tracked around your house. The dome shape reminds me of budda's belly and it comes in attractive colors (like lavender, pearl, and copper) but the best part is the groovy wave-like steps that somehow catch the litter. My 4-month-old kitten gets a kick out of trotting up and down on them. The unique design maybe a little too clever for its own good, though. Since the dome is round the litter tray is shaped like a lima bean and the liner doesn't hang on the edges quite right. But it's a small price to pay for a product that's darn good at keeping litter in the box.
