Think you're a crazy cat person or nutty dog lover? Take our "Are You Pet Crazy?" quiz and find out!

You’re reading Petside.com, so it's a safe assumption that you lead a pet-centric lifestyle, but has your love of your best friend, whether canine or feline, tipped over into every aspect of your life?

Here's a quick quiz to help determine your degree of animal addiction. Add 1 point for each "yes" answer, and 0 for each no:

  1. Do you own clothing featuring your animal of choice? (Add one point each if the article of clothing is underwear or pajamas.)
  2. Do you have wall art, sculpture or knick-knacks featuring your pet?
  3. Do you have a tattoo of your pet?
  4. Does your car have a magnet or bumper sticker that mentions your pet?
  5. Have you ever crafted something for your pet, for example, knit a sweater for your dog?
  6. Have you ever bought a non-pet product specifically because it featured a cute animal?

Score:

6 or higher: Your pet-worship has clearly taken over your life. Join the club.

3 - 5: You're a dedicated pet lover, but not off the deep end. Yet.

2 and under: Are you sure you're on the right web site?

My score is an 6 ... I've got issues:

  1. Yes, I own tons of shirts with dogs and dog rescue organizations on them (+1), plus I own Boston Terrier pajamas (+1) and a pair of underwear with a dog on them (+1). Oh, and dog socks too.
  2. I have a ridiculous amount of dog art ... paintings, drawings, dog-bone shaped signs. No room in my house is safe. (+1)
  3. Surprisingly, I do *not* have a dog tattoo. But never say never. (+0)
  4. I have a dog bone shaped magnet on my car. (+1)
  5. Hmmm. I can't believe that I haven't made anything for my dogs! (+0)
  6. All. The. Time. Why, just last night I bought a bottle of wine because it had a sweet JRT on it. Luckily, it was delicious. (Which makes me think that any product featuring a dog is inherently good.)

So what's your score? And what is the strangest animal-centric item in your collection?
