America's Next Top Dog Breed

Quick, what's the most popular dog breed in US? You guessed it; the ubiquitous Labrador Retriever. The Lab has been #1 on the AKC "most popular" list since 1991, but I think we're on the heels of an upset this year. Update: The Labrador Retriever continues to reign supreme and makes the number one spot of most popular dog breeds registered with petside.com in 2009.
